Smart week
Smart week: the Bulletin uses the live Thursday–Wednesday reporting period in Asia/Brunei. It rolls over automatically every Thursday at 00:00 BNT, so an in-progress week can be updated as new platform data becomes available.
This bulletin is FINAL and its weekly data is locked. An administrator can reopen it from Actions.
The smart week opens automatically for Editors and Administrators. You can still browse older saved weeks from the archive. A new smart week starts as a clean Draft, while uploads remain strictly filtered to the selected 7-day period.

Review / Correct Platform Figures

These are the figures that feed the dashboard. Uploaded/API values appear here automatically, and you can correct any field manually before saving. Content Exposure deliberately preserves each platform’s native denominator: Views, Reach or Impressions.

Current Week & Previous Final Week Comparison

The previous-week comparison is automatic. The bulletin reads the immediately preceding Final week from Supabase and uses that frozen snapshot for comparison. Posts and exposure may be overridden when approved. Engagement, engagement rate and WEEK-ON-WEEK ENGAGEMENT MOVEMENT are calculated automatically from saved platform-level figures.

Concerns & Enquiries

Smart Public Contact Reconciliation — Website + Email Enter the four source figures only. The Bulletin calculates Enquiries, Concerns, Website, Email and overall totals automatically. Then allocate the same category list across Enquiries and Concerns. Finalise is blocked until the figures reconcile and the weekly data has been confirmed.

Threads automatically searches public posts using SHENA, SHENA Brunei and HSE Brunei, then applies a Brunei-context relevance filter before items enter the review inbox. Reddit is manual: paste a relevant Reddit post or comment below and classify it in the same review workflow. Neutral means factual, informational or question-based discussion with no clear favourable or unfavourable sentiment. Raw comments remain in Admin only; the public bulletin receives only the reviewed weekly summary.

Consolidate the saved weekly bulletins assigned to a calendar month — content output, platform exposure, engagement, public contact and reputational signals, with month-on-month movement in one dashboard.

Monthly methodology: content metrics follow the Brunei calendar month (1st to month-end; current month is month-to-date). A full Thursday–Wednesday period uses its saved Weekly snapshot unchanged. For a reporting week that spans two months, dated/API records determine each month’s share and that share is reconciled back to the frozen saved Weekly total, so the two month portions always add back to the Weekly bulletin and cannot drift when platform counters grow later. If a reliable dated split is unavailable, the affected monthly content is clearly marked as pending rather than estimated. Public-contact figures remain owned once by the weekly period's Wednesday end date; Reddit and Threads reputational records use their actual Brunei publication date within the selected calendar month.

User Management

Invite authorised users, including official @shena.gov.bn addresses, and assign their access level. The protected Super Admin controls Administrator accounts.

Invite User

Use automatic email delivery when available, or generate a secure one-time activation link to send through an official SHENA email or Teams message.

Official SHENA accounts: @shena.gov.bn addresses are supported. Only the Super Admin can create Administrator accounts; normal Admins can invite Editors and Viewers.
Email delivery: Resend SMTP is active for SHENA Bulletin invitations through Supabase Auth. The verified shenabulletin.info mail configuration supports automatic invitation delivery, with secure invite links retained as a fallback.
